Provenance and limits
Primary source policy
LUMINA-30 claims in this PoC are traceable to official public LUMINA-30 materials. Comparative pages may also cite clearly labeled external prior-art sources. This is a map, not a new authority.
Selection rule
For claims about LUMINA-30 itself, sources are selected for direct relevance, public accessibility, and an official lumina-30 organization or lumina-30.github.io location. External sources are used only when a page explicitly compares prior work, and are labeled as external prior art. Search results and this Wiki are discovery aids, not proof of adoption, consensus, certification, legality, safety, or novelty.
Handling uncertainty
Where official public materials do not establish a universal threshold, legal authority, technical design, or evidence standard, the concept pages say so. This PoC does not fill those gaps by inference.

External prior-art references used for comparison
These sources do not define LUMINA-30. They are cited to show substantial prior work and to narrow, rather than inflate, any distinctiveness claim.
