Purpose
This file defines standard result labels for LUMINA-30 boundary review.
L30-CI Short Explanation
L30-CI means LUMINA-30 Condition Indicator.
It is not a legal compliance label, safety certification, deployment
approval, or risk-free statement.
Valid: effective human refusal was demonstrated under LUMINA-30 boundary conditions.
Invalid: effective human refusal was not demonstrated.
Invalid (Not Verifiable): the required evidence was absent or unverifiable.
Classification Labels
A. Effective Refusal Demonstrated
Use this label only when all of the following are shown:
Human final refusal was available before irreversible impact.
Refusal was operationally effective, not merely nominal.
Records are sufficient to verify the refusal pathway.
AI-generated output did not become the sole or primary final rationale.
Boundary Responsibility Condition
For cases involving optimization pressure, optimization-driven displacement, institutional lock-in, or responsibility diffusion, the classification should also consider whether responsibility for friction design, operation, evidence preservation, verification, and correction was explicitly assigned before irreversibility.
If responsibility was undefined, bypassable, or not verifiable, the review should not claim that the boundary condition was fully demonstrated.
B. Effective Refusal Not Demonstrated
Use this label when refusal was absent, bypassed, ineffective, or only nominal.
C. Not Verifiable
Use this label when the records are insufficient to verify the refusal pathway.
For LUMINA-30 boundary-review purposes, this should not be treated as demonstrated effective refusal.
D. Out of Scope
Use this label when the case does not involve AI-driven decision pathways, irreversible impact, or human refusal authority.
Minimal Conclusion Text
Effective Refusal Demonstrated
The available records indicate that human final refusal authority remained operationally effective before irreversible impact.
Effective Refusal Not Demonstrated
The available records do not demonstrate effective human refusal before irreversible impact.
Not Verifiable
The refusal pathway cannot be verified. For LUMINA-30 boundary-review purposes, this should be treated as no demonstrated effective refusal.
